Dhs-Disability Services

Abstract

Amends the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Act. Repeals provisions regarding community services for persons with visual disabilities at the Illinois Center for Rehabilitation and Education. Amends the Disabilities Services Act of 2003. Repeals provisions regarding the operation of a Rapid Reintegration Pilot Program by the Department of Human Services. Effective immediately.
