Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that certain sports wagering winnings are allocable to this State. Effective immediately. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Adds reference to: 35 ILCS 5/205 from Ch. 120, par. 2-205 Adds provisions amending the Illinois Income Tax Act to restore certain provisions concerning the calculation of base income for an exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
