Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 70 ILCS 2605/1.1 Adds reference to: 70 ILCS 2605/9.6a from Ch. 42, par. 328.6a Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Extends the time for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District to issue notes or other evidences of indebtedness for sewage treatment and water quality improvements from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2034.
