Amends the School Code. Requires each school district to create, maintain, and implement an age-appropriate policy on sexual harassment that must be included in the district's student code of conduct handbook. Provides that a school district's or charter school's policy on bullying must be included in the student code of conduct handbook in an age-appropriate manner. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 105 ILCS 5/27-23.7 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Requires each school district to create, maintain, and implement an age-appropriate policy on sexual harassment that must be posted on the school district's website and, if applicable, any other area where policies, rules, and standards of conduct are currently posted in each school and must be included in the school district's student code of conduct handbook.
