Foia-Public Body Credit Cards

Abstract

Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Exempts from disclosure a public body's credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and other confidential account information that the disclosure of which could produce public loss. Senate Committee Amendment No. 2 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Exempts from disclosure a public body's credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account numbers, Federal Employer Identification Number, security code numbers, passwords, and similar account information, the disclosure of which could result in identity theft or impression or defrauding of a governmental entity or a person.
