Amends the Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. House Committee Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 420 ILCS 5/1 Adds reference to: 415 ILCS 5/9.4 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1009.4 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that certain provisions concerning municipal waste incineration emission standards do not apply to industrial incineration facilities that burn material or fuel derived therefrom for which the United States Environmental Protection Agency has issued a non-waste determination finding the material is not a solid waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Non-Hazardous Secondary Materials Rule. Effective immediately.
