Provides that a policy shall not impose a deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement on the coverage provided. Provides the requirements do not apply to the extent such coverage would disqualify a high-deductible health plan from eligibility for a health savings account pursuant to specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Effective January 1, 2020. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Requires an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance to cover one annual office visit for a whole body skin examination for lesions suspicious for skin cancer.
