Veh Cd-Universal Decals-Cancer

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow for the issuance of decals for Universal special license plates by the Illinois Department of Human Services. Provides fees for the issuance of the decals. Creates the Theresa Tracy Trot - Illinois CancerCare Foundation Fund as a special fund in the State treasury. Makes a corresponding change in the State Finance Act. Effective immediately.
