Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning powers and duties of the Secretary of State. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 625 ILCS 5/2-104 Adds reference to: 625 ILCS 5/12-215 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 12-215 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that red or white oscillating, rotating, or flashing emergency lights may be used on a vehicle operated by a qualified deputy fire chief or assistant fire chief (in addition to a fire chief).
