Wildlife-Authorized Weapons

Abstract

Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that unless otherwise permitted by law, no person may have in his or her possession a weapon except a weapon specified by the Code or administrative rules for the purpose of taking any species protected by the Code. Provides that any use of a weapon to take wildlife contrary to the provisions of the Code is deemed a violation.
