Relating To Highway Safety.

Abstract

Amends the administrative process at the Administrative Driver's License Revocation Office. Establishes a tiered administration revocation period of a driver's license for those arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
