Relating To Motorcycles.

Abstract

Authorizes operators of motorcycles to utilize the lane shoulders that are at least three-feet-wide with the concurrent use of emergency flashers on interstate highways as authorized by the Department of Transportation. Requires the Department of Transportation to create and implement traffic control devices to designate the lane shoulder for motorcycle use during peak traffic hours. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
