Relating To Gun Violence Prevention.

Abstract

Establishes the Office of Gun Violence Prevention within the Department of the Attorney General for administrative purposes only. Repeals the Gun Violence and Violent Crimes Commission. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. Takes effect 1/1/2042. (SD1)
