Relating To The Convention Center.

Abstract

Exempts the Convention Center from certain requirements regarding concessions on public property. Authorizes the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority to sell or lease naming rights of the Hawaiʻi Convention Center Facility. Facilitates advertising and marketing in and on the Hawaiʻi Convention Center Facility. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
