Abstract

Requires the Department of Human Services to amend its rules, policies, and plan amendments necessary to ensure that medically necessary services, including applied behavior analysis services, for individuals twenty-one years of age or older with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder are covered under the state's medical program. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation.
