Relating To Transportation.

Abstract

Establishes a three-year pilot program within the Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the counties, to examine signalized intersections. Requires a report to the Legislature. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. (SD1)
