Relating To Unemployment Benefits.

Abstract

Authorizes employees who are not working due to a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute to receive unemployment benefits if the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board determines that the employer has not made or is failing to make reasonable, timely, and good faith efforts to negotiate.
