Relating To Health Care.

Abstract

Beginning 1/1/2026, requires health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to provide health insurance coverage for various sexual and reproductive health care services. Applies this coverage to health benefits plans under the Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. Requires the Insurance Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to submit a report to the Legislature. Establishes a Reproductive Health Care Working Group. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
