Relating To The Public Utilities Commission.

Abstract

Establishes system resilience as a metric to be monitored and considered by the Public Utilities Commission. Authorizes the use of amounts collected through the Hawaii electricity reliability surcharge by the Commission to perform certain duties. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
