Relating To The Hawaii Tourism Authority.

Abstract

Requires contracts entered into by the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority for management of the Hawaiʻi Convention Center facility to include marketing for all uses of the facility. Amends the frequency with which the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority is required to submit a report of contracts and agreements it enters into. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
