Relating To Crime.

Abstract

Establishes the offense of habitual violent crime. Requires the Department of the Attorney General to submit a report to the Legislature before the Regular Sessions of 2025 and 2026. Requires the prosecuting attorney of each county to submit data to the Department of the Attorney General for the purposes of the reports. Repeals 6/30/2027. (CD1)
