Relating To The Hawaii State Building Code.

Abstract

Allows the counties to adopt a county building code for single-family dwellings, additional dwellings, duplexes, and non-commercial structures that has an unspecified amount of square feet of living area and is distinct from the Hawaii state building codes. Sunsets 6/30/2026. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
