Relating To The University Of Hawaii Promise Program.

Abstract

Provides scholarships for the unmet direct cost needs of qualified students at any four-year University of Hawaiʻi campus who meet certain eligibility criteria. Makes an appropriation for the Hawaiʻi promise program. Effective 6/30/3000.
