Relating To The Public Utilities Commission.

Abstract

Establishes system resilience as a metric to be monitored and considered by the Public Utilities Commission. Provides that the Hawaii electricity reliability surcharge may be transferred to the Commission for the purpose of its duties. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
