Relating To Agriculture.

Abstract

Requires the Department of Agriculture, in consultation with other state agencies, to conduct a feasibility study and submit a report to the Legislature on the impact of roadside stands displaying and selling value-added products and the establishment of additional requirements for retail agricultural-based commercial operations. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
