Relating To Manufactured Hemp Products.

Abstract

Clarifies that the definition of "manufactured hemp products" in section 328G-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, includes products intended to be consumed orally in beverage and edible forms and hemp products specified in rules adopted by the Department of Health. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
