Relating To Compensation For Court-Appointed Representation.

Abstract

Increases the rate of compensation and maximum allowable amounts per case for court-appointed counsel and guardians ad litem in family court proceedings. Declares that the appropriation exceeds the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 20242025. Appropriates moneys. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
