Relating To State Position Vacancies.

Abstract

Requires the Department of Human Resources Development to include information and data on the vacancies of the executive branch in its annual report to the Legislature. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Appropriates funds. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
