Relating To The Hawaii Tourism Authority.

Abstract

Clarifies that a member of the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Tourism Authority shall hold office as a holdover until a successor is appointed by the Governor and repeals the successor's requirement for Senate confirmation. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
