Relating To Gender Parity In Programs For Incarcerated Women.

Abstract

Appropriates funds to the Hawaiʻi Correctional System Oversight Commission to study all programming offered to persons incarcerated at correctional facilities and convene a group of incarcerated women for the purpose of identifying gaps in the programming offered to female inmates. Requires that the study be submitted to the Legislature by 6/30/2024. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
