Relating To The Department Of Public Safety.

Abstract

Appropriates $1,000,000 to the department of public safety for rehabilitation of incarcerated persons. Allows the department to contract with private service providers for rehabilitation services. Requires the department to report to the legislature 20 days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2018.
