Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 12 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A., relating to postsecondary education grants for foster children and adopted children, so as to establish a grant program to provide grants to former foster youth who meet eligibility requirements, subject to specific appropriations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
