Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3 of Title 37 of the O.C.G.A., relating to examination, treatment, etc., for mental illness, so as to provide certain procedures and notifications for involuntary outpatient commitments; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
