Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to selling and other trade practices, so as to extend certain protections for consumers relative to warranties of HVAC systems and components of such systems; to provide required information for warranty and product registration cards and forms; to provide an effective date for certain warranties of HVAC systems and components of such systems; to provide a definition; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
