Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 25 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to life insurance, so as to prohibit a policy of group life insurance from excluding or restricting liability for certain deaths occurring while an individual is an active duty service member; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
