Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to re-create and establish the Board of Commissioners of Long County, approved March 10, 1988 (Ga. L. 1988, p. 3755), as amended, so as to revise the powers of the chairperson of the board of commissioners; to provide for a county manager; to provide an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
