Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to kratom, so as to provide for registration of kratom products and sworn certification of compliance; to provide for applicability; to provide for publication of registration information; to revise penalties; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
