Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the juvenile code, so as to expedite and prioritize processes for the termination of parental rights in certain cases involving parental incapacity and child maltreatment; to provide for related matters; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
