State Licensing Board for Residential and Commercial General Contractors; revise provisions

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 41 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to residential and commercial general contractors, so as to revise provisions relating to the State Licensing Board for Residential and Commercial General Contractors; to revise and clarify qualifications for licensure as a residential or commercial general contractor; to revise provisions relating to examination of applicants; to revise provisions relating to the refusal to grant a license, revocation of a license, or other disciplinary action of the board; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
