Georgia Gestational Diabetes Management Act; enact

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 49-4-159.4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to coverage for continuous glucose monitors, so as to revise coverage criteria to include Medicaid recipients with gestational diabetes; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
