Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 6 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to bonds and recognizances in criminal proceedings, so as to require the inclusion of certain contact information on such bonds and recognizances; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
