Sales and use tax; maintenance and replacement parts for certain machinery used to mix or transport concrete; extend exemption sunset date

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-8-3.2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sales and use tax exemptions for manufacturing equipment, industrial materials, packing supplies, and energy, so as to extend the sunset date for an exemption for maintenance and replacement parts for certain machinery or equipment used to mix or transport concrete; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
