Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 35-8-7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the powers and duties of the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, so as establish basic and in-service training courses on de-escalation techniques and methods; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
