Law enforcement officers and agencies; facilitate uniformity in policies concerning sexual assault victims and forensic examination notifications

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 35 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions regarding law enforcement officers and agencies, so as to facilitate state-wide uniformity in policies and procedures concerning law enforcement contact with victims of sexual assault and notifications regarding related forensic medical examinations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
