Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 12 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to control of hazardous conditions, preventable diseases, and metabolic disorders, so as to provide that certain requirements or actions relating to vaccination status or possession of immunity passport are unlawful discriminatory practices; to provide for exceptions; to provide that an individual may not be required to receive certain vaccines; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
