Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 1 of Title 37 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Behavioral Health Reform and Innovation Commission, so as to provide that a comprehensive review of the behavioral health system in this state include an examination of innovative designs for facilities that provide behavioral health services; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
