A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 8 of Chapter 5 of Title 12 of the O.C.G.A., relating to comprehensive state-wide water management planning, so as to add two members to the Water Council, appointed by the Governor and representing certain state interests; to require the Water Council to provide recommendations to the Environmental Protection Division on various aspects of the comprehensive state-wide water management plan; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
