War on Terrorism Local Assistance; Code Section 36-75-11; repeal

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 75 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to war on terrorism local assistance, so as to repeal Code Section 36-75-11, relating to resolutions and referendums required prior to issuance of bonded indebtedness for new projects and exclusions, and Code Section 36-75-12, relating to authorities with maximum amount of outstanding bonded indebtedness to obtain approval by resolution and referendum prior to issuing additional bonds; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
