'Coach Safely Act'; enact

Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to health, so as to require volunteer coaches with youth athletic associations to undergo training to reduce the likelihood of injuries to youth athletes engaged in high risk athletics; to provide a short title; to provide definitions; to provide a defense from liability; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
