Abstract

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 20 of the O.C.G.A., relating to education, so as to provide that students other than nonimmigrant aliens as defined in federal law shall be classified as in-state for tuition purposes subject to certain conditions and to provide for such conditions; to amend Code Section 50-36-1 of the O.C.G.A., relating to verification requirements, procedures, and conditions, exceptions, regulations, and criminal and other penalties for violations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
